Acceptable stay, some issues noticed

tired frontage broken glazing
The frontage needed painting. It looked tired. The double glazing had broken down. It did not look inviting. I also thought being asked what we wanted for breakfast just as we arrived was somewhat disorganised.

Solid Stay Near the Hoe

The bed was massive. Breakfast had great quality. The location worked great for summer activities. It was only around 200 yards away from the seafront, I confirm.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet had beans, tomatoes, and ham. These items sat in a warming container. I could serve myself. The buffet also included fresh coffee and other options. I never saw this set up in private places before.
